Dr. Brenda Key is a registered clinical psychologist with expertise in the treatment of adults with anxiety, depression, insomnia and general stress.  She has specialized training in cognitive behavioural therapy, mindfulness based stress reduction and mindfulness based cognitive therapy. She is an assistant professor at McMaster University and the former chair of communications for the Canadian Association for Cognitive and Behavioural Therapies.

Dr. Colleen Merrifield

Dr. Merrifield is a Registered Clinical Psychologist (University of Waterloo) and completed her residency at the University of Ottawa and the Royal Ottawa Mental Health Centre. ​Dr. McCabe is a Registered Clinical Psychologist. She is the  Director of the Anxiety Treatment and Research Clinic and Psychologist-in-Chief at St. Joseph's Healthcare Hamilton.
